CRT-SA4PT-BFAT. Stand alone four point bending beam fatigue system comprising:

  • Pneumatic actuator with pneumatic servo-valve and integral displacement transducer (5 kN Dynamic Load)

  • Load transducer (�5 kN capacity)

  • Acquisition and control system comprising:

    � Signal conditioning for load transducer, displacement transducer, and Actuator LVDT

    � Digital signal processor control unit for high speed data acquisition and PID control of servovalve

    Note:

    1. The actuator will operate at frequencies up to 100 Hz, but at this frequency load is low.

    2. The CRT-SA4PT-BFAT system software runs under Windows 2000/NT/XP.

    3. The CRT-SA4PT-BFAT can be run from a desktop or laptop computer. This needs to be specified at purchase.
